Chinwendum O.

Intern Psychotherapist

About Chinwendum. (she/her)

Do you feel like you have potential but can’t seem to fully access it? Maybe you’ve always known you’re capable, yet still find yourself caught in cycles of procrastination, overwhelm, or inconsistency that affect your school, work, or relationships.

I offer therapy at a reduced rate, in a grounded, compassionate space for individuals aged 14 and up, where you can slow life down, understand yourself more deeply, and start showing up as the person you hope to be. Together, we don’t just tackle what’s on the surface, we explore the inner patterns and beliefs that have been quietly running the show. From there, real and lasting change becomes possible. My counselling philosophy is client-centred and non-judgmental, offering a collaborative approach rooted in psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices to help you build self-awareness, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe that when you gain clarity within yourself, everything else begins to align. My goal is to work alongside you to develop a personalized plan, one that draws on the right tools to support your unique journey best. At Racco Psychotherapy, we offer a free 20-minute consultation and a first free session, providing an opportunity to explore your needs, ask questions, and determine whether I am the right fit for you.

Outside of The Therapy Room

Symbol of 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading, especially fantasy novels that allow me to get lost in different worlds and perspectives. I also love meaningful conversations, small moments of rest and joy, and a good creative project (give me 30 minutes and a Canva subscription, and I’m in my element!)
