About Jessica
Do you often feel out of sync with the world—misunderstood, overwhelmed, or worn down from trying to hold it all together? Whether you’re navigating your own identity or supporting a child through theirs, the weight of emotional intensity, uncertainty, and societal expectations can feel like too much to carry alone.
Hello! My name is Jessica, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student practicing under clinical supervision. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult, therapist, and autistic mother, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where both individuals and parents can feel seen, supported, and understood. I work from a client-centred and trauma-informed lens, integrating principles of attachment and developmental psychology throughout our work together. My approach is especially attuned to clients who experience emotional intensity, sensory sensitivities, or high sensitivity, including those with neurodivergent profiles such as Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).
Whether you need space to process your self-exploration journey, celebrate wins, or cultivate neurodivergent joy in your life, I would love to connect! I invite you to contact me for a free 20-minute consultation to explore how we might work together.
